I am a second year student at the University of California San Diego majoring in Data Science. Standardizded testing didnt always come easy to me and the SAT was no exception. On my frist SAT practice exam I recieved an 1210. I worked hard and worked smart over the course of 6 months and when I took the exam through collegeborad i recieved a 1560. Unlike candidates who recieved top scores on their first tries at the exam I have worked my way up to the score I recieved and thus I understand the difficulty that students in all ranges of scores feel in raising their scores. With my help, I can assure that any student can raise their scores like I did and do very well on the SAT

Many students believe that the SAT is now an obsolete exam in California given that the UC system does not consider the exam any longer. This is not the case and if anything the exam is more viable now than ever. The UC system has stopped accepting SAT or SAT subject test scores, making their application process very dependent on GPA. For students who cannot rely on just their GPA this is problematic and other options start becoming more and more necesscary. Other school systems such as the Ivy League Schools and the CSU system still accept SAT scores and thus the test is still very important. It's my suggestion that all students take the SAT regardless of how they feel about applying to schools other than the UC's

NOTE: If there are any examinations other than the SAT (ie. AP exams, SAT subject test, School finals) or any other subjects you need help on do not hesitate to reach out and inquire. I took nearly 20 AP classes thorughout high school and probably have tons of resources to help!
